E&C Construction is based in East London, Barking and has been open since January 2014 however our experience spans more than 50 years combined. Over the years we have managed and completed various projects inside and outside of London for various clients such as housing associations and London councils. We operate everywhere inside London, and we can travel outside M25 area as well. Here at E&C, we can undertake projects from internal/external refurbishments and maintenance to new builds. We also have capacity and resources to undertake any domestic electrical project as well as commercial/residential emergency lighting, as we have our own in-house electricians, and we are registered by NICEIC as a company.

Fire safety is another area of works that we here at E&C have been doing since 2020. We fully accredited by BM TRADA to undertake and firestopping, fire door repair/maintenance and new fire door installation. We have working teams that are able to drive from property to property or from block to block to carry out the specified works.

To cater to the new government program which is to reduce CO2 emissions in the upcoming decades, E&C have undergone certification in various home improvement measures that are typically applied to a home i.e., insulation works, electric storage heaters etc. these measures help by using less gas and electric to heat up homes, and once it’s used, to retain the heat in homes longer.

We train our operatives to place a high standard on quality and how our services are delivered, and whatever the requirement or works involved, we at E&C can plan, organise, mobilise, and execute any project that comes our way!
